FAQ #4 Residency Requirements for the John Hurt / MLK City Championship

Please note the following residency requirements for the John Hurt City Championship Chess Tournament: A school must be in Shelby County TN to receive the title of Memphis City Champion. A player must be a resident of Shelby County TN or attend a school in Shelby County TN to receive the title of Memphis City Champion. If you have questions, please see Dr. Chess or one of the city-wide Organizers or call Mister Chess at 761-3158.
